The Azentro History

With a heritage in Telecommunications dating back to 1992, Azentro is a well-established and privately-owned business that now spans some 30 years.

Azentro was born from the amalgamation of two Queensland leading Telstra Enterprise Partners (TTGroup and VV Tech). TT Group Communications was the foundation business in our group. The addition of VV Tech to the team in 2012 added a significant capability in enterprise mobility and ensured our customers could access the full suite of communication solutions, across unified communications, mobility, telephony, and connectivity

Since 2013 when we changed our name to Azentro, we have continued to evolve and expand our ICT capability, both organically and through mergers/acquisitions. With the acquisition of Fleetlink Australia in 2014, Azentro has since grown to become a market-leading Telematics/IoT business.

Adelaide-based Telstra Enterprise Partner, Data Mobility Voice joined the group in 2018. Azentro’s Unified Communications and Connectivity was significantly enhanced as a result, and our market footprint expanded to include South Australia and Northern Territory as a result.

Leading Microsoft and Telstra Enterprise Partner Calibre One, became part of the Azentro Group in 2022. With offices in Adelaide and Darwin, Calibre One has since also added market-leading IT Managed Services, Security and Cloud solutions to our portfolio of ICT solutions and services. This has resulted in significantly more value and a higher level of service being provided to all Azentro customers.

With our group business now employing over 110 staff across Queensland, South Australia and Northern Territory, our combined capabilities, talent and scale make us a major player in the Australian ICT Market, outside of Sydney and Melbourne.
